“It was found that the director is not present at the operation 30% of the operating time. It was found that the operation is open, with children from 3:15 until 6:00pm Monday- Friday during the school year and the director is present at the operation Monday-Friday at around 5:20 until 6:00pm, which is less then 75% of the operating times.”
