Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“An infant was observed in care while operations license does not have infants on the license. This was corrected at inspection when owner submitted in writting they would like to add infants to license.”
“TV was on shelf not anchored. This was corrected at inspection when television was removed.”
“A 3A-40BC fire extinguisher was not observed in the home.”
“The operational policies did not include procedures for parents to review the most recent Licensing inspection report and instructions on how a parent may contact the local Licensing office.”
