Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was determined that a caregiver mistakenly gave bottles of breast milk to the wrong child throughout the day and was written up for the incident as well.”
“A child was left on the playground for approximately three minutes.”
“The use zone between the swing set and parallel bars was 8 feet instead of the required 12 feet.”
