Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver with conditions on their background check that restricted the caregiver from being alone with children was alone in the classroom with children. This was corrected at the inspection when another caregiver was placed in the classroom with the other caregiver.”
“This standard was evaluated in regard to an investigation and a violation was found. The gate did not properly latch/close and a child was able to exit the gate without the caregiver knowing.”

“At the time of inspection the operation was out of ratio with 3 infants and 22 children older than 18months aging from toddlers, Pre-K and schoolers. This was corrected at inspection when additional staff arrived.”
“Based on the information obtained during the investigation, the operation was found non-compliant with ratio.”
