Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The toddler classroom was out of ratio. There was 12 children to one caregiver when the group maximum was 11. The operation came into compliance when one child was moved to another classroom.”
“At the time of the inspection a child had a medically diagnosed allergy without an allergy plan from s medical professional.”
“Four children records were reviewed and lacked: the date of admission, medical authorization, medical facility or doctor info, and a health statement.”
“Five staff records were reviewed and lacked: orientation informaiton, a photo id, First Aid and CPR training.”
