Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation does not have individual storage for children's individual belongings, their diaper bags and backpacks were observed to be either sitting inside of car seats or placed on the floor near the front door.”
“The operation has two stationary play structures and a compostie structure with overlapping use zones, we discussed that each structure requires 6 feet of use zone, not overlapping.”
