A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“During the follow up inspection a 7 month infant was observed asleep with a blanket in the play pen. This was corrected at inspection when the blanket was removed from the play pen.”
“Food and trash were observed on the dining room floor and kitchen floor. This was corrected at inspection when the director began cleaning the area.”
“There was an highchair placed outside and forgotten about instead of discarded. There were also bags of dirty diapers left on the highchair. Furthermore the grass on the outdoor playground needs to be mowed. Inside the center, dead bugs in window seals and on the floor of the bathroom were observed.”
