Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There is sufficient evidence to support that the operation went on field trips even though the services are not offered when the director admitted to going on four field trips this summer without notifying licensing that they now offer field trip as a service. This was corrected during the inspection when the director had a discussion with me and notified me that the operation now offers field trips and we went over the policies and procedures of field trips.”
“The toddler classroom had 13 children with one teacher. The youngest child was 2 and the oldest child was 7 with the specified age group being 2. This was corrected during the inspection when the director moved one child to the preschool classroom, and the other child went home.”
“Two out of four children had their parents listed as an emergency contact”
