Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two staff observed during the follow-up inspection did not have an active background check in the CLASS system. One background check was not submitted, while the other was portrayed a pending status. Staff was observed caring for children.”
“One staff record/CPR/First-aid certification observed was not current. The CPR/First aid was dated 06/18/2024 and expired in 2026.”
“One infant, 10 months of age was in the classroom during naptime with 8 additional children, 2-5 years of age. The child was removed from the Toddler classroom once Director was notified.”
