Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

The director did not ensure that the employees complied with Minimum Standards as the director left the facility prior to ensuring that caregivers knew which children they were responsible for. The director also did not ensure that a volunteer was not left alone and in charge of a group of children.”
“The operation had no recorded fire drill that showed the operation was able to evacuate the children in under three minutes.”
“During the inspection, the loose fill on the playground was either missing or present at no more than 2 inches deep in the use zones of both play structures.”
