Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was no current fire inspection available for review during the inspection. The fire inspection was dated 8/5/26.”
“Caregiver did not the number of children caring for when asked during the inspection. This was corrected during the inspection when caregiver recounted the children when inspector informed caregiver that the number of children given was incorrect.”
“A caregiver was observed stepping outof the room into a hallway leaving 9 children ages 2-9 years alolne in a classroom during naptime during the inspection.”
“Based on the information obtained during the investigation conducted by DFPS, there is sufficient evidence to support that diaper-changing supplies were accessible to children”
