A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The emergency preparedness plan did not address how children will be evacuated or relocated to the designated safe area or alternate shelter. There were no specific procedures for evacuating or relocating children who are under 24 months of age.”
“There was no written policy in regards to the promotion of indoor/outdoor activities. There was no written statement in regarding parents rights. There was no written statement regarding the HHSC Child Care Regulation and DFPS Child Abuse and Neglect website information, access to minimum standards, and parents having access to the last inspection. In the operational policies it did not specifically state where the local park was located where the children were going to be taken to for a field trip.”
