Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Re-cited: There was a jungle gym style climber on the playground that has not been removed.”

“The playground had several hazards, such as a fence with raised areas, protruding fencing, and trip hazards from the installed turf.”
“The emergency telephone numbers were not posted and available for review.”
“The operation did not have a health inspection available for review.”
“A current list of the operation employees was not posted and available for review.”
“The operation did not have a fire inspection for review.”
“The use zones for the circle cycle on the playground are not the required six feet.”
