Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two play structures had overlapping use zones in the outdoor playground at the time of the inspection.”
“Infants feeding sheets for 3 infants had not been updated in over 30 days.”
“A caregiver who was present did not have an active background check at the time of the inspection. The operation asked the caregiver to leave until her background check was submitted and cleared.”
“The operation is caring for children without the appropriate permit.”
