Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One child did not have an immunization record on file at the operation.”
“The diaper changing mat in the infant room had tears and holes in the cover, exposing the mat to germs and preventing it from being able to be sanitized appropriately. This was corrected when tape was placed over the damaged areas.”
“2 children did not have current immunization records on file.”
“One child who has been enrolled for over a year did not have a signed health statement on file at the operation.”
“4 caregivers had online CPR that did not meet minimum standard guidelines and include a hands-on portion with a mannequin.”
“2 infants had feeding schedules that had not been updated in the last 30 days.”
“There is sufficient information to substantiate that a caregiver did not intervene or redirect children?s behaviors when they were interacting in an inappropriate manner.”
