Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two infants did not have their updated infant feeding forms.”
“The staff present in the classroom did not have an active background check.”
“Several infant feeding instructions were not updated.”
“A child was slapped on the hand by a caregiver on the playground.”
“Several infant's bottles and sippy cups were not labeled.”
“Four infant present did not have a current feeding instructions.”
“Two infants bottles were not labeled.”
“The Pre school children were on the playground and neither caregiver knew the code to unlock the gate to be able to exit the playground.”
“In the Toddler room and the pre school room there were outlets, accessible to the children, that were not covered. Note: When pointed out the outlets were covered. Note: A picture was taken of the outlet in the Preschool classroom.”
“A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2021 data from February 23, 2022, revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2021 by February 22, 2022, as required.”
