Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child was left unsupervised in a classroom for approximately 28 minutes.”
“The operation did not notify licensing about the additional unfenced outside area where children play which has not been inspected prior to the children's use.”
“A child wandered away from class unsupervised for an unknown length of time.”
“Staff did not display good judgment when the food allergy list was not checked and child had access to food child was allergic to which required medical attention.”
“Operation failed to notify licensing of a reportable illness within the required timeframe.”
