Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The practice fire drill document was not available for review during the inspection.”
“Two children were missing statement of the child's health from a health-care professional.”
“The operational policies were corrected at the inspection time.”
“The home provider was missing the CPR and First Aid training certificates.”
“During the inspection I observed an infant in a baby walker. It corrected at the inspection time.”
“One child was missing the enrollment form.”
“The caregivers is lacking of 17 hours of the required annual trainiings.”
