Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was found that two staff members were frequently present at the operation without an active, eligible background determination.”
“Two non walking infants under the age of 12 months were observed sleeping on nap mats. This was corrected at inspection when the infants were woken from their nap and removed from the nap mat.”
“It was found that a caregiver did not follow an infant's written feeding instructions.”
“Six caregivers were missing required training for hazardous materials.”
