Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver was observed grabbing and pulling a child during outside time which is a prohibited punishment.”
“Evidence gathered during this investigation found that a child in care obtained an injury due to a lack of good judgement of a caregiver.”
“In the infant outdoor area there was a bleacher set standing up and a torn up playground with a orange plastic barrier that is no longer secured making this outdoor play area unsafe for the infants.”
“Evidence gathered during this investigation shows a child was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.”
“Evidence gathered during this investigation shows a child was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.”
“The operation does not have a complete food allergy emergency plan for two children in care that have medical food allergies.”
