Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One childs records was missing current immunization.”
“Fire extingusher is mounted higher than 5 feet above ground.”
“Two dogs in the home did not have health staments from vetnary.”
“During inspection hand washing was not observed before and after diapering. Neither before or after food servings.”
“Two car seats were found to be expired and one seat will become expired in a month.”
“Based on the evidence of the investigation the primary caregiver did not report to child care regulation that a child in care was ill and required hospitalization.”
