Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was found duirng the inspection the operation has not conducted a fire drill since February 2025. This was corrected by the operation conducting a Fire Drill during the inspection.”
“It was found during the inspection the operation had not documented they had checked the smoke detectors since February 2025. This was corrected by them all being checked during the inspection and documented.”
“It was found the operation last had a fire inspection on 7/15/2020 therefore it has been greater than 12 months since there last fire inspection.”
