A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“A child present at the center did not have completed admission form. This was corrected during the inspection when the child's guardian completed the admission form for the child.”
“The operation was unable to provide documentation of the Children's Product Certification for the current year. The form posted is dated 4.19.2023”
