Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two classrooms did not have adequate lighting available for nap time. This was corrected at inspection when the caregivers opened the blinds to allow more light to enter the room.”
“This standard was evaluated and found to be deficient. A child was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately two minutes.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation, and found to be deficient. A child was left unsupervised on the playground for approximately four minutes.”
“This standard was evaluated, and found to deficient. Electrical Outlets in the gym were not covered.”
“The operation knowingly allowed persons to be present at the operation before receiving notification from the CBCU that the persons eligibility determination is Eligible, Provisional or Eligible with Conditions.”
“Cleaning products were accesible to children in care.”
“Thirteen children did not have the required Food Allergy Plan.”
