Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver was observed in a classroom with direct access to children and the operation has not recieved an eligibility notification from CBCU stating they can be present. Note: The caregiver did leave the operation during the inspection.”
“Based upon the information obtained, there is sufficient evidence to support a caregiver threatened to withhold active play from a child.”
“Based upon the information obtained, there is sufficient evidence to support the caregiver did not wash their hands after the use of disposable gloves.”
“Based upon the information obtained, there is sufficient evidence to support children's hands were not washed after diapering.”
“Based upon the information obtained, there is sufficient evidence to support a violation of this standard.”
“An employee's file reviewed did not have a notarized affidavit in their file.”
“During the investigation, it was determined a child was left unsupervised on the playground for 3 minutes.”
“During the investigation, it was determined an incident report was not completed.”
