Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the information obtained during the investigation the caregiver was working on paperwork when the incident occurred.”
“The operation did not report a child with an injury within the required 48 hours. Note: This was in compliance by the investigation inspection because licensing was notified and it was reported by the third day.”
“The leg posts to the climbing structure are cracked all the way through what appears to be the concrete. Note: The structure is still sturdy; however, the cracks could lead to the structure becoming unstable. Pictures were taken for the file.”
