Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the monitoring inspection laundry detergent containers were found within reach of children in care. This was corrected at the inspection by the items being moved to a cabinet out of reach of the children.”
“A feline pet at the center was found to not have current vaccinations. This pet is scheduled for their shots tomorrow (10/09/24) and documentation will be provided to licensing.”
“Caregiver was found to not have the required number of training hours (30) during the last completed training year (Feb 1, 2023 - Jan 31, 2024).”
“The caregiver was unable to show proof of thirty hours of annual training for the last complete training year (Feb 1, 2021 - Jan 31, 2022).”
“The caregiver was unable to show proof of current CPR/First Aid Training. Her last certificate expired on 02/20/2022.”
