Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“The operation did not cover the electric outlets in the family room and classroom accessible to children in care. Note: This was correct during the inspection. The primary caregiver covered all the electric outlets.”
“During the inspection, a four month old infant was observed sleeping face down. Note: it was corrected at the inspection time.”
