Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the information obtained, there's sufficient evidence to support the caregiver wiped a child's face roughly leaving marks.”
“Based on the information obtained, there's sufficient evidence to substantiate a caregiver did not use good judgement when the incorrect bottle was given to a child.”
“Based on the evidenced gathered during the investigation, there's sufficient evidence to support the caregiver did not demonstrate good judgment when she did not ensure the child had fully entered and cleared the door before closing it.”
“Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there' s sufficient evidence that shows one out of two caregivers did not use a CPR manikin and both written and hands-on skill-based instruction, practice, and testing.”
“The diaper changing pad in the infant-1 room had a slit in it. Note: This was corrected when the director placed a new diaper changing pad in the infant-1 room.”
“Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there's sufficient evidence that shows, the caregiver did not make good judgment when she left the cabinet open and unattended, and it caused an injury to a child.”
