Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“At the inspection, the loose-fill in the middle playground with climbing equipment does not meet the required 6 inches of mulch at the slide exits.”
“At the inspection, the loose-fill did not measure 6 inches at the slide exits and the black fabric was showing.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and found to be deficient. A caregiver served a child a food product that was not to be given to the child due to a food allergy.”
“Caregiver was observed in a classroom with children witha pending background results.”
