Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation has not had a gas leak inspection in the past 2 years.”
“This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance through an investigation when it was determined that a caregiver grabbed a child by their wrist and yanked them down.”
“This standard was reviewed and found to be out of compliance when it was found the permit holder informed a parent they were not allowed past the welcome area of the daycare.”
