Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not provide proof of insurance by the anniversary date of the issuance of their permit. This was corrected at inspection when the proof of insurance was updated using their online account.”
“Two pieces of play equipment were cracked and had sharp edges exposed. This was corrected at inspection when one of the pieces of equipment was removed and tape was placed on the sharp edges of the other piece. Photos of the cracked equipment and corrections made were taken at inspection.”
