Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“It was found during the inspection that the employees that administered medication to a child in care last documented this required information on 5/31/24. This was corrected during this inspection when the employee documented the required information.”
“It was found during the investigation that a caregiver yelled at children in care.”
“It was found during the investigation that a caregiver did not relate to a child with patience when the child displayed behaviors.”
“Based on the evidence obtained, there is reason to believe that a caregiver neglectfully supervised a child in the classroom in which a child unknowingly exited the building.”
“Based on the evidence obtained, two children were able to walk away from their assigned teacher, one child went to another room and back, and one went outside and was found by another adult.”
“There were several children that did not wash there hands before eating. CI: This was corrected at in inspection as the children were observed washing there hands.”
