Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation has not provided CCR with a written notification of lack of insurance, for the last 17 months.”
“Three children under two were observed watching Cocomelon during inspection.”
“Four children's records were evaluated. One immunization record was not available for review.”
“Four children's files were reviewed. Two files did not have the health statement signed by a health care professional.”
“Two employee files were evaluated. One caregiver had an expired first aid/cpr certificate. One caregiver took the cpr training 100% online. It did not include use of a CPR manikin.”

“One out of two caregivers did not have an active CPR/First Aid certificate.”
“The mats were not labeled. Note: This was corrected at the time of inspection. A number system was implemented in labeling mats.”

“Emergency preparedness plan was missing how children will be transported in an emergency, how children will be reunified with parents after relocation has been lifted, and how children will be cared for until they are released.”
“Two household members were missing the orientation statement.”
“A crib manufactured in September 15, 2009 was observed to be at the operation. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection. Provider removed the crib.”
