Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“Based on a DFPS investigation, this standard has been found to be deficient. It was learned through interviews; a caregiver instructed a child to retaliate instead of teaching self-control and acceptable behaviors.”
“During an inspection of the building, CCR found a student unsupervised while on the playground. The child was alone for about 2 minutes.”
“During a walk through of the building it was observed by licensing a crawl space hole in the pre-k room that went through to the toddler room next door. The caregiver in the room was able to cover the hole during the inspection. Photos were taken and discussed with the director.”
