Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At time of inspection, 3 children did not have the required health statement on file for review, or notation indicating that the child had been seen by a doctor in the last 12 months.”
“At the time of inspection, one child did not have their required/up to date immunization record on file for review.”
“The primary caregiver had 13 of the required 30 hours of training. The caregiver is missing 2 of the required 6 hours of child development as well as 3 hours in management and 1 hour in handling and disposing hazardous materials.”
“The operation did not have the fire extinguisher mounted”
“The cat and dog at the operation did not have current vaccination records.”
