Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was sufficient evidence found during the investigation to show that one child was able to leave the building unattended for approximately 7 minutes.”
“Two caregivers were lacking documentation of pre-service training which includes supervision and safety practices in the classroom.”
“Diaper creams and insect repellant in the infant room were observed to be unlabeled.”
“Two caregivers were in the classroom with children without being active on the people's list. One caregiver's file could not be located. Other caregiver did not have their background check done.”
