Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“I observed one caregiver supervising a group of 56 children in the cafeteria.”
“The caregiver was uncertain of the exact count of the children in the room.”
“I asked the children if they wash their hands before snacks, and a few admitted they don t.”
“The director emailed the caregiver's CPR and first-aid card who had not completed their training at the inspection.”
“Two staff files did not include a current pediatric first aid certificate.”
“Two staff files did not include documentation related to TB testing.”
