Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“It was determined during the DFPS investigation that a caregiver left a child unattended on the playground for 23 minutes.”
“It was determined that during the DFPS investigation that a child was not accounted for and the teacher had no idea where the child was at the time, which led to the child being unsupervised for 23 minutes outside on the playground.”
“The operation failed to adequately supervise a child, resulting in the child being left on the playground area without detection.”
“A child was left unsupervised while leaving the playground area. The child was able to enter the building alone. The caregivers did not have visual or auditory awareness of the child.”
