Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“One file checked did not have the school age information. This was corrected when provider called her daughter to get that information.”
“Provider did not have current first aid and Cpr training available.”
“I did not observe any fire drill documented for the month of April. The last documented fire drill was in March 2025.”
“No health statement on file for one out of four files checked.”
“No release information on file for one out of four files checked.”
“One out of four records checked did not have any emergency contact information.”
