Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A teacher renewed her CPR certification online.”
“The operational policies are missing the following policies which are vaccine preventable diseases, inclusion services and sunscreen and insect repellent. This was corrected during the inspection when the information was added to the operational polices.”
“Two white poles on the playground have chipped paint. It is within reach of children. Pictures were taken.”
“In the Red Room for ages 3, an outlet did not have a cover on it. It was within reach of children. The outlet was behind a low lying bookshelf. A picture was taken. Note: This was corrected when the administrator put child covers on the outlet.”
