Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two staff failed to properly supervise two children in their care. As a result one child was left unsupervised for 26 minutes. During the investigation, it was observed that two staff walking in and out of the classroom on two separate occasions leaving children unattended in the classroom.”
“Based on the information provided during the course of the investigation, two staff used poor judgment when they failed to properly count children during their outdoor transitioning period.”
“A caregiver was observed on video footage grabbing a child by the arm, pulling the child across the rug, and sitting the child down.”
