A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Two children did not have an emergency contact address and one child did not have emergency contact information.”
“One caregiver only obtained 8 hours of preservice, and did not obtain the remaining 16 hours before their 90 days of employment.”
“The operation did not have a passed fire inspection from 2022.”

The caregivers conditions state that they cannot be left alone with children. During the walkthrough it was seen that the caregiver was present in the room with other caregivers who have no conditions. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.”
