Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Fire drills and emergency drills have not been documented. This was brought into compliance during the inspection by conducting and documenting a fire drill and emergency preparedness drill.”
“Children's records were reviewed during the inspection. Several records were missing emergency contact information other than parents information, contact information on who to release the children to other than the parent, admission dates on children, and paperwork showing parents have been notified the operation does not have liability insurance.”
“The director and a caregiver's first aid and CPR have expired.”
