A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“CCR has not received information for the site director that will be at this location.”
“The menu stated that the children were having cheez its and apple sauce but the children were actually served popcorn and pop tarts. Note: This was corrected when the menu was updated during the inspection.”
“On several occasions a caregiver stepped out and left the second caregiver with 33 children by themselves. Note: The caregiver did return each time so that ratio could be back in compliance.”
“The children were sitting on the floor having snack and sanitary holders such as napkins or plates were not being used. Note: When pointed out napkins were provided to the children.”
