A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Two children did not have immunizations records.”
“The director did not have current transportation training, the training was last taken in 5/23/2022.”
“The director has 30 hours of training, out of the 30 hours only 1.5 hours are able to be used, 28.5 hours of training can not be used due to not meeting the requirements for training.”
