Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At inspection, the operation did not have documentation for monthly CO2 and Smoke Detector testing. This was corrected at inspection when the director completed the missing, monthly test documentation.”
“One child needed an up to date immunization record.”
“A person was present at the operation without a background check elgibilty notification.”
“A shelter in place drill has not been documented since 1-2021. This was corrected at inspection when a shelter in place drill was conducted and documented.”
