Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The fire extinguisher was last serviced June 2024.”
“The operational policies lacked parent rights.”
“CPR training for the director was completed online.”
“Two out of four children's records evaluated lacked an address for the emergency contact. Note: This was corrected when the addresses were obtained.”
“Operation allowed a person to be present at the operation before receiving notice from the CBCU regarding the person's eligibility.”
