A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The owner of the operation states that she was unaware that she had a warrant out for her arrest, until she was arrested by law enforcement in april 2026. She states that after she was arrested she was informed that a warrant was issued out for her arrest in January 2026. She states that she was unaware that she had to report the arrest to Licensing.”
