They said that Jessica said they can have it this way. I explained that I had spoken with Jessica and she says that the grass must be removed. I showed them the use zones in which the grass must be removed.”

“Upon return to operation, they had still not removed the grass over the pea gravel loose fill as requested by both Jessica Leathers and myself.”
